    These personalized, one to one executive sales coaching calls will be designed to meet your goals and objectives.


    Objectives include (but are not limited to):

  • To focus on developing/refining a comprehensive, proven, step by step prospecting system designed specifically around your unique and natural strengths, talents, personality, communication style, values, product and selling cycle in order to maximize your potential and productivity and/or accelerate the success of your team.
  • To provide a safe forum via one to one and team executive sales coaching and training to discuss your goals, challenges and problems that affect productivity as it relates to your goals. These meetings will be for you to discuss how they are generating your results, where you are getting stuck, what is working for you, what isn't, and how to overcome current obstacles.
  • To develop a process you can follow that will ensure continued accountability around your selling and talent development objectives.
  • To offer rich, timely and relevant content in each training and coaching session as it relates to initial client meetings, prospecting/new business development, communication, follow up, asking for the sale, overcoming objections, crafting questions that sell, developing your unique competitive advantage, time management, etc. Actual program content will be refined after further evaluation.
  • To offer shadow coaching: We will role-play with you around actual scenarios that you are faced with daily in order to make the coaching solutions real for you. In addition, we will also conduct a cold calling blitz, observing and coaching you while you are actually on the phone (cold calling/following up, etc.) to best assess the areas to improve and strengthen and then provide "just in time" coaching on the spot, right after you rap up each call.

    Overview of The Executive Sales Coaching™ Process:

    1. The first step is to schedule a personalized one to one preliminary orientation call with Keith Rosen. In this first introductory call, it's an opportunity to get to learn a little more about each other. Keith will let you know exactly what is getting in your way and holding you back from achieving greater success at selling and prospecting. He will pinpoint specifically the skills and strategies you need to develop that are missing in your current prospecting and selling efforts. Desired measurable, worthwhile goals and results will be identified. This outline will then become the key objectives that you and Keith will achieve together. As you can imagine, Keith's schedule is incredibly tight and due to the high demand for his personalized executive sales coaching program, there is limited availability so contact us to schedule your call at 1-888-SELLING (735-5464) or info(at)profitbuilders.com with the words "executive sales coaching program" in the subject line.     2. Once you are ready and meet the criteria as indicated below, you will register and schedule your first executive sales coaching call with Keith, as well as the remainder of your coaching calls for the entire program.

    3. You will then receive your client login information to The Executive Sales Coaching Resource Center™, an online resource center that contains all of the materials you'll need to successfully complete this program and provide you with the building blocks to achieve incredible results faster.

    4. There will be preliminary work that needs to be completed before the first session.

    5. After you outline your goals, priorities and expectations, you will begin working on developing/refining your weekly routine and daily measurable activities for the most efficient use of your time each day.

    6. You will be receive additional, personalized coaching between each regularly scheduled coaching call to further develop the essential skills, competencies and mindset/attitude needed to achieve your goals. You will learn a series of proven, step by step processes and a series of practical strategies and techniques you can apply immediately; no fluff or intangibles here. Not only will you be focusing on the right actions, the right things to say and the right questions to ask but you will also develop the right mindset and remove the limiting self sabotaging fears, myths and beliefs that restrict you from living your potential.

    7. A detailed schedule outlining the curriculum, expectations and topics covered on each executive sales coaching call will be provided.

    8. You are responsible for attending each coaching session and for completing any action steps or assignments between each call that support your goals and objectives. Expectations for each executive sales coaching call will be laid out prior to each call and will be gauged and evaluated at the end of each call to ensure that your expectations have been achieved on every call.

    9. Keith will be available in between calls and via email to respond to your questions and requests. In order for Keith to be able to provide you with such individualized and immediate attention, he limits the number of monthly clients in this program to ten each month. Register early for an orientation call with Keith before there is no space left.

    Preliminary Work

    Participants must come to the first executive sales coaching call having read and reviewed all suggested materials. Total time to complete the following prep work, including reading and completing the exercises to develop your weekly routine in Time Management for Sales Professionals is approximately 10-16 hours. Budget accordingly. (Ex: 2 hours a day = completion time of one week or less.)

    The Executive Sales Coach™ Program Requirements

  • Please note that this Executive Sales Coaching Program is not for everyone. This program has been designed for those people who are always looking for ways to do things better, who are committed to their personal and professional growth and lifelong learning and are truly prepared to make the time commitment as well as the financial commitment to move to a level of success and achieve the unprecedented, breakthrough results that you've been chasing or trying to figure out on your own to live your absolute potential. Whether you're a salesperson, business owner, executive, manager, non-selling professional, consultant, or sole practitioner, as long as you have the drive, desire and a commitment to your success and realize that success only comes with continued self development, you will achieve the measurable worthwhile results you want in just 90 days.

  • You must be earning an income of at least $80,000 per year. If you are currently not making an income of $60,000 a year but feel strongly that you would be a great candidate for this program, we still encourage you to apply, as we are open to making special considerations based on each situation.
